I created the Two Crones at the End of the World in honor of my best friend, Laura, and our TWENTY-FORTH FRIENDIVERSARY this past August!

Since I launched Lurid Lacquer, I have struggled to create a collection in her honor because all of the beautiful things that I wanted to say about Laura and our friendship lend themselves to a color story that Laura would never choose for herself… so I decided that my favorite spooky b*tch™️ needed a visually and thematically dark collection.

I am so incredibly lucky to know and to love Laura. She’s the most loyal, generous, supportive person I’ve ever met. Every time I am with her, no matter how weary and threadbare I feel, her presence brings me joy and renews my spirit. And every single time I see her, we laugh so hard we cry.

Laura is the very best friend that I could have ever hoped to have.
