11/6 Release FAQ
Turnaround Time for 11/6 Launch:
Orders will ship no later than 25 business days after your date of purchase. Please note that there are 2 federal/postal holidays in November.
If you place an order on 11/6, the latest it will ship by is 12/15.
Combined Shipping:
Combined shipping will be available for domestic and international orders placed through 11/8 at 11:59pm Central.
In order to qualify for combined shipping, you must place all of your orders through the same customer account, otherwise Shipstation will not recognize them as being combinable.
Please note that I do not issue combined shipping refunds until AFTER I create your shipping label. With a turnaround time of up to 25 business days, that means it may take up to 25 business days before I fulfill your order and authorize your refund.
Please also note that once I authorize your refund, it can take Shopify up to 7-10 business days to refund it back to you.
Gift with Purchase (GWP) Guidelines for 11/6
On 11/6, the first 750 customers to place an order with a minimum merchandise subtotal of $50 USD will receive a gift with purchase (GWP) polish!
The GWP promotion begins on Friday, 11/6 at 6pm Central and ends at 11:59pm Central on Friday, 11/6 (or sooner, if supplies run out before then).
I will manually add the GWP to qualifying shipments during the shipping fulfillment process. (You will not see the GWP in your cart or on your order confirmation email.)
International shoppers, please note: I will declare a value of $2 USD for the gift polish in your customs paperwork, which may affect the amount of duties/tariffs/taxes you will owe. I will reach out to each qualifying international customer to verify if you would like to receive the GWP or not. Because it will alter the customs value of your order, I will not send you the GWP unless you confirm that you are comfortable with the $2 declared customs value.
Gift w/ Purchase Q & A:
- Question 1: If I place 4 orders, each containing a single polish, such that my 4 orders add up to a combined total of $50 of merchandise, do I get the GWP?
Answer 1: No. In order for me to efficiently and accurately identify which orders meet the criteria, I will only be adding the GWP to orders that contain $50 of merchandise within a single transaction within the qualifying time frame. (While supplies last.) The logistical strain of trying to calculate the merchandise subtotal across multiple orders placed at different times would be unmanageable for me.
- Question 2: If I spend $100, do I get 2 GWPs? If I place 3 orders, each with a merchandise subtotal value of $50, does that mean I get 3 GWPs?
Answer 2: No. The maximum number of GWPs that a customer will receive is 1, regardless of the number of orders they place or the amount beyond $50 that they spend.
