Please note that I generate shipping labels for your orders in small batches and then fulfill your orders. There may be **several business days** between when you receive tracking information and when you see an acceptance scan in your tracking. This is normal.
The turnaround time (TAT) for purchases made on or after 12/12 is 30 business days (6 weeks) from the date of purchase.
Combined shipping refunds will be issued within a week after you receive tracking information. It can take an additional 7-10 business days after we issue your refund for Shopify to process the refund.
