Please note that I generate shipping labels for your orders in small batches and then fulfill your orders. There may be **several business days** between when you receive tracking information and when you see an acceptance scan in your tracking. This is normal.
The turnaround time (TAT) for purchases made on or after 7/24 is 6 weeks (30 business days) from the date of purchase.
Combined shipping refunds will be issued within a week after you receive tracking information. It can take an additional 7-10 business days after we issue your refund for Shopify to process the refund.
***For orders placed on or after 7/24, some orders may ship out of number order for the sake of efficiency. Please do not be alarmed if an order placed after yours ships before yours. Shipping out of order allows me to get everyone their package as fast as possible.
