July 2026 International Shipping Information

This information pertains only to customers who reside outside the United States and who purchase international shipping via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Expedited: 

For the entire month of July, Lurid Lacquer will offer order holds for international customers. This will allow you to place multiple orders throughout the month that will be combined into one package with excess shipping cost refunded to you after order fulfillment. 

Order holds are not something that I am able to offer regularly due to logistical constraints, but I know that many of you are interested in purchasing the PPU Rewind shade (Lost in the Interstice 2.0) and overpours of the Polish and Beauty Expo exclusives, and the shipping costs can become exorbitant, so I am happy to make an exception for the month of July.

The order hold period will span from June 30th-July 31st. I will release all orders that have been on hold on August 1st, 2026. (Please note that your order will still be subject to my regular processing time once it has been released from hold, so it may not ship immediately.) If you would like your order hold released before 8/1, I have request instructions below.

To request that I place your order on hold:

Quick FAQ: 

(1) Will I have to pay for shipping for both/each order? 

Yes, you will need to pay for shipping with each order. I will refund you for the excess shipping costs after I fulfill your orders. UPS shipping rates are based on destination, package size, and package weight. I won't know what your package will cost to ship until I combine your orders and purchase your label. I will refund you for all excess costs that you paid (for example, if you placed two orders and paid $45/ea in shipping for a total of $90 spent on shipping, and your label costs me $60, I will refund you $30 after I fulfill your orders). 

(2) My order should be eligible for the July international discount code (JULY10), but it isn't working. Can you help me?

Yes, please email customerservice@luridlacquer.com with your order number and I will manually refund you. JULY10 is a one-time use code, and will only be able to be applied to one of your orders in July. 

(3) When will overpours from the Polish and Beauty Expo be available online? 

I will sell the overpours in late July, exact date to-be-determined. I will share the date for the PBE Overpour event via email and on social media once I finalize a date.
